[REPAINT] BAIWEI 1022EX

The original TW1022EX was a very nice version with paint. I'll be patching in some movie-related colors and doing a small amount of paint dropping and bleed lines on this one to make it more three-dimensional and rich in detail using figure.

After recoating, we did some protection to keep the color from dropping out of the paint.
